1.Surface paint refers to TQ9 of QC/T484

2.Leakproofness test:Immerged in the water tank,testers are inflowed with 1.1-1.5MPa which will maintain 30s.No bubbles are allowed to pop.

3.Airtightness test:Immerged in the oil with required temperature,testers are inflowed with variable-pressure air which will maintain 3-4 S with 6.5*1000 trials.No mechanical damages are permitted.

4.Seismic resistance test:Fueled with water and pressed with strength,testers are attached on the seismic simulator.No mechanical damages are allowed after 5*100000 trials.
